The 2019 Pungo Strawberry Festival will be held May 25th and 26th, Memorial Day weekend. This year over 80,000 people will attend the two-day event in the Pungo community of  Virginia Beach. There are a multitude of activities that include one of the largest parades on the east coast, pie eating contests, strawberry bake-off, continuous entertainment on four stages, livestock show and sale, pig races, youth art show, and arts and craft booths and all you can eat strawberry’s. The Festival is a 501 3 © non-profit organization and prides itself on its ability to give to the community. All proceeds from our Festival are donated to non-profit community and service organizations.
