It’s the 12th Annual Virginia Caribfest happening August 12th at Town Point Park and Waterside Dr. In Norfolk Virginia. Come see the Parade of bands with mas and costumes on the road. Also the excitement filling the park from from front stage entertainment with local and international artists. The music, the food, and the culture of Caribbean flavor will be taking over downtown Norfolk. The Parade starts at 1pm. The park opens at 10am.
