The Patriotic Festival—A Military Celebration to honor our armed forces personnel and their families.
The Patriotic Festival celebrates THE MILITARY at The Virginia Beach Oceanfront for three days of National Touring Artists Concerts, Military Expos and Displays. The Concerts will be at 5th Street and Oceanfront Friday and Saturday Evening and Sunday Afternoon.
