Sunday RUNday Race Series presented by VBPRF

It’s back! After the sucess of last years event, we’re hosting our second annual Sunday RUNday race series at Mount Trashmore Park presented by the Parks & Recreation Foundation (VBPRF)!

Race Series Info:

Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Foundation 5K | 7:30 am

This is a timed event. Register by July 2nd to guarantee your limited edition Sunday RUNday t-shirt! All finishers for the 5K will receive a Sunday RUNday medal.
Race Fees: Before July 23: $30
Day-of registration (if space remains): $40; begins at 6 am at shelter 1

Kids Fun Run – One Mile | 9 am

Children will run in waves and parents are welcome to join. This is a timed event. Register by July 2 to guarantee your limited edition Sunday RUNday t-shirt! All finishers for the Kids Fun Run will receive a Sunday RUNday medal.
Race Fee: $5/participant

Family Fitness Walk/Run – One Mile | 9:30 am

Join us as we celebrate family fitness and healthy lifestyles! This is an untimed event. Register by July 2 to guarantee your limited edition Sunday RUNday t-shirt!
Race Fee: $3/participant

Packet Pickup/Check-In:
Packet Pickup // Health and Fitness Expo
Saturday, July 22 | 1 – 5 pm | Kempsville Recreation Center
Pick up your race packet and visit with local health and fitness vendors.
Can’t make it on Saturday? Packet pickup will be available at Mount Trashmore Park (shelter 1) beginning at 6 a.m. on race day.

All races start/finish line located between Shelters 1 & 2.
